In matter of introducing the anti-counterfeit solution packets for enterprises

The Instruction No. 28/2008/CT-TTg and Message No. 01/CD-TTg, dated January 03, 2011 by The Prime Minister request for Section 127TW, relative ministries, boards, branches;  Chairman of Provincial/City People’s Committees directly belonged to the Central some measures to resist against the false products, imitated products, disqualified products, prohibited products, contraband products,… as well as enterprises aspiration wants to possess a solution for anti-counterfeit simply but effectively in order to protect the trademark and the consumers’ interests.

Vina Technology Science Development Corporation (Vina CHG) is a unit in specialty of its activity in field of researching and developing the technological science of the anti-counterfeit and it was granted by the state managing agencies in printing the anti-counterfeit stamps as specified at Decree No. 105/2007/ND-CP by the Government. Vina CHG does respect to introduce to all esteemed enterprises the packets of solution for the anti-counterfeit to restrict the increasing rate of the false products, the imitated products in the market, at the same time, to protect the esteemed enterprises’ trademarks and products.

The interests brought about from the anti-counterfeit solutions: the anti-counterfeit solutions given out by Vina CHG are to restrict the disaster of fake products, enterprise can protect the trade marks, be calm in its mind of production, reduce the costs, increase the turnover of sold products, have its market place gone up enlarged market, trademarks not eliminated, help the consumers identify to extract purchase the true products and the consumers’ interests can be also protected.

Vina CHG is still combined closely with the managing agencies of the Ministries, Branches from central to locality and abroad, journalists, media, transmission agencies from the Central to the locality so as to publish investigate when the esteemed enterprises is found to be in false making.

Vina CHG also closely associated with the management agencies of ministries, branches from the central to locals, organizations, associations, lawyers, scientists, journalists, organizations information from central to local reports, consultancy and legal process, and coordinate investigations when the esteemed enterprises is found to be in fake products.

Passing through the anti-counterfeit solutions provided by Vina CHG, the esteemed enterprise can be fully calm in its mind because there has been the solution to protect its trade mark and product and help the consumers have their effective implements to exactly identify the products of original manufacturer as provide by enterprise.

Therefore, it is expected to receive the registered using solutions from the esteemed enterprise toward the anti-counterfeit solutions wich will be provided by Vina CHG.
